I’m a nutrition coach, high school volleyball coach, avid reader and a wanna be crossfitter. I am obsessed with Chinese food and coffee (not together of course), going to the mountains and curling up next to the fire with a good book.
Most days you can find me in a ray of sunshine on the couch wearing my dog hair covered leggings and coming up with recipes, chatting up clients or writing practice plans.
My husband (who happens to be my high school sweetheart) and I live in the outskirts of the “big city” in Montana with our three wild spirited daughters, four dogs and two cats.
When we're not busy during the school year coaching athletics and chasing our kids' teams, you can find us in the mountains any time he has a day off. There we like to unwind without access to the real world, appreciate nature and catch fish (and eat lots of s'mores!)
As a former collegiate athlete who jumped right into pregnancy, I spent years struggling with my weight. With each child I gained nearly 100lbs and it got harder and harder to lose the weight.
Finally, after nearly 10 years of fighting with my love of food and my body, I've figured out a way to balance both perfectly (PS it doesn't include eating the same thing out of Tupperware all week!)
I believe food tells a story and is a vital part of our memories and who we are. That lead to me to develop tools to help women who want to lose weight without losing their minds. At the end of the day, I truly love educating and cheering on women who want to lose weight without losing their mind.
